I have a TV provider. Why can't I unlock episodes?

Often, if you have an account with a participating TV provider, you will be able to sign in to unlock the full range of available episodes across all devices. Sometimes, we don't have the ability to unlock all episodes on all devices.

Here are a few notable exceptions:

  • Comcast/XFINITY subscribers are not able to log in to FOX NOW on a Samsung Smart TV or Blu-Ray players.
  • Charter subscribers are not able to log in to FOX NOW on Samsung Smart TV, Blu-Ray players or Android TV.
  • AT&T subscribers are not able to login to FOX NOW on Android TV.
  • Time Warner and Brighthouse subscribers are not able to log in on a Samsung Blu-Ray player, and can log in on a Samsung Smart TV, FOX NOW, FXNOW, or Nat Geo TV.
  • Sling TV cannot sign into Roku on FOX NOW, FXNOW, or Nat Geo TV.
