I have a Verizon TV account. Why can't I sign in anymore?

On April 1, 2016, Verizon phone, internet and TV service were transferred to Frontier communications in the Los Angeles, Palm Desert, Dallas and Tampa markets. If you are in one of these markets, and are trying to sign in to unlock show episodes, you will need to have a Frontier Communications login credentials and then select Frontier as your TV provider.
